About Francesca Messercola

Francesca is an 18+ year real estate veteran and a Multi-Year NJ Circle of Excellence Award Winner, achieving Platinum Status in 2021 and 2023. Born in Catanzaro, Italy, Francesca immigrated to Long Branch, NJ, in 1975 and later moved to Wayne in 1988. She obtained her college degree from William Paterson University and started her career in Advertising Sales for Cablevision.

 

Francesca and Lou were married in 1997. In late 2000, she left a successful career in the workforce to start a family. In looking to have the flexibility for her young family, Francesca obtained her real estate license in 2007. Since that time, she has balanced career with family life and has been awarded many accolades. She is currently a Certified Stager, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist, Green Certified, KW Honored Luxury Agent, and KW Millionaire Club Monthly Recipient, plus a NJAR multiple-year Award Winner.

 

As a Mega Agent, Francesca always has a group of vendors/service professionals that are beneficial in the process, i.e., Stager, GC, HVAC, Plumber, Electrician, Handyman, etc.
