If I could give Team Messercola more stars I would! From start to finish they helped and guided us through the process of selling my mother’s home. Their staging, videos and overall marketing strategy and expertise brought multiple offers well over asking only a few days after being listed. I will definitely use them again. They went above and beyond what I expected including making sure all the certifications were completed, providing carefully constructed signs throughout the house to point out features, making suggestions for improvements and continuous follow-up with potential buyers. They even helped find buyers for furniture and other belongings we were trying to sell. I am very grateful for all their hard work.
Where do we begin? My wife and I began working with Lou and Francesca in search of our first home. What we thought would be a relatively quick process turned out to be an almost 3 year journey in this insane market which involved visiting at least 100 homes, putting offers on over 30 homes, and having 2 homes where we were FINALLY under contract but the deals ultimately fell through (through no fault of the Messercolas). Yet, they stuck with us through every step of the way and not once pushed us into a home despite this process. Happily, our patience paid off and this journey ended with us a home at the perfect time that we absolutely love. Because of this, I could not recommend a better group of realtors to work with.
